Job Role:
  • Salesforce Technical Architect / Lead Developer
  • Location - Contract-based, Remote, USA

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications on the Salesforce platform
  • Lead architecture decisions and define best practices for Salesforce development
  • Develop advanced Lightning Web Components (LWC) and custom UI solutions
  • Implement complex business logic using Apex, including asynchronous processing
  • Design optimized data models, relationships, and efficient SOQL queries
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
  • Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards and design patterns
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and present technical solutions to senior architects
  • Translate frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular/React) into LWC-based architectures

Candidate Profile:
  • Strong experience in Salesforce development and architecture roles
  • Expertise in building custom applications beyond standard Salesforce configurations
  • Proven experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate with senior stakeholders

Skill Set:
Salesforce Core:
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC) — mandatory
  • Apex (custom logic, async processing, governor limits)
  • Salesforce data modeling (custom objects, relationships, SOQL optimization)
  • Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
  • Experience with headless or custom UI on Salesforce platform
UI / Frontend:
  • Strong JavaScript fundamentals
  • Understanding of component-driven architecture
  • Ability to translate Angular concepts into LWC
  • CSS and SLDS / SLDS2 (Salesforce Cosmos)
  • State management patterns in LWC
Technical Leadership:
  • Code review and quality assurance practices
  • Defining coding standards and reusable design patterns
  • Mentoring and guiding development teams
  • Stakeholder communication and architectural presentations
Nice to Have:
  • Experience migrating Angular/React applications to LWC
  • Experience with Salesforce CLI, scratch orgs, and SFDX project structure
  • Experience with custom Lightning App Builder pages/components
